"Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness."

There is alot of information and sites to set up an awesome homeschool for your children. So, grab a cup of tea and make yourself comfortable. I hope you find what you need. Scheduling

Girly Comments & Graphics

This last week, I was getting the kids' portfolio set up for my viewer. I used Homeschool tracker this year. I thought that it was really handy. I also used some worksheets from Garden Patch. You can find this software at www.cbd.com and www.rainbowresource.com. I am not sure what your state requires, but in Iowa, we can have a supervised teacher or do a portfolio. I like the freedom of setting up a portfolio. Plus, it give a wonderful folder set up of the childrens work.

You can down load Homeschooltracker on their site, www.homeschooltracker.com, I just down loaded the basic one, I am thinking that next year I may do the Plus. It cost money, but really it is worth it. When I stumble on some more ideas, I will put them in the margin or I will blog about them. God bless all of you. And good luck with scheduling this summer.
