I can not believe that the end of the school year is already upon us. Next year I am going to have a sixth grader and a Junior in High School.
But we do not shut down for the summer. We still do basics during the year. I do not want to reteach certain subjects the beginning of next year. I also spend the summer planning their next school year. We had a lot of fun this year, but I hope to get more done next year. I say that all the time. It is important to get them into new things.
How do you do your summers? I hope that all of you have an awesome summer. I will post from time to time. We have a zoo trip coming up. I hope to have a lot of pictures. Till then, bye.
Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right." Proverbs 20:11
"Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness."
Hello, welcome to my homeschool blog. There is a lot of information in the margins. I have looked at one or more of the products or did some time on the sites. There is alot of information and sites to set up an awesome homeschool for your children. So, grab a cup of tea and make yourself comfortable. I hope you find what you need. God bless you from the Ross Family.

Hi Tanya!! The end of the school year cannot come fast enough for me! I think as the kids get older ...it gets tougher...Algebra really gave me a run for my money this year.
Next year Kai will be in 11th and Rush will be in 9th. Kai was nominated by her Electives Teacher to attend Leadership Camp for a week in July ...other than that they will be off completely for the summer. I, on the other hand, will be polishing up on my Algebra.
Have a great weekend!
